Beginning in the Spring of 2005 we began a significant renovation of our newly purchased home on Garrison Lake in Port Orford. Fortunately we met with Rudi and Tyson Breuer and subsequently hired Breuer Construction for the renovation. Several years earlier we had undertaken a similar massive renovation at our Williams, OR residence so we have a relatively good perspective of the challenges and issues associated with such an undertaking in Southern Oregon.
We were extremely pleased and pleasantly surprised by the honesty, integrity and efficiency of both Rudi and Tyson Breuer. The quality of the work performed was the best we have ever experienced. Furthermore, the project was completed on-time and under-budget. During the entire process either Rudi or Tyson were directly involved in managing and supervising work performed.
However, the most positive aspect of our experience was when problems did develop with the renovation (in all cases the problems related to issues with the original construction of the house), Rudi or Tyson were extremely responsive.
We can not imagine a better builder in Oregon and strongly recommend Rudi and Tyson Breuer. We will be using them on any future building we do on the Oregon coast.Mike and Linda DuBose

We got lucky twice when we found Port Orford. First time was finding the town and the home. The second time was getting connected with Breuer Construction. Straight talkers with extensive skills and experience they made the process of transforming the house into a home painless.
There are issues unique to the Coast both living and building and Rudi and Ty are well-informed and have developed a building approach that inspires confidence and reduces avoidable delays.
Moving here was originally where it was. With the Breuer's ministra-tions it's now where and what it is. If you like that lucky feeling we'd re-commend you look at the Breuer Construction first.

In 1991 my wife Laura and I purchased an oceanfront lot on S. King Street in Port Orford. In 2003 we contacted Rudi Breuer and started what turned out to be a wonderful experience and collaboration to create what I believe is one of the most spectacular homes in Port Orford. Rudi and Ty planned the home so it would take advantage of the beautiful panoramic views from every room of the house. We were intimately involved in every aspect of the plans and were encouraged to participate by the Breuers on a regular basis. As it turned out we are completely satisfied with the end product. The house is not only aesthetically beautiful but structurally completely sound even with the high wind conditions experienced in that location. Laura and I highly recommend the Breuers for their highest quality workmanship and for being completely honest and helpful in every aspect of the constuction business.

Since 1975, Rudi has built and contracted for my companies 10 audio and film making studios, 6 video post production studios and completely rehabbed our 100 year old home.

Mr. Breuer examined the site and drafted a preliminary design. We worked with Mr. Breuer for nearly a year refining these plans to the complete satisfaction of both parties.
